Instructions
- Chop the green beans and boil them until noticeably limp.
- Chop onions and throw them in a large skillet with the butter. Cook until caramelized.
- Throw in green beans and cooks some more.
- Chop up eggs and throw them in.
- If you're feeling feisty, chop up walnuts and throw them in as well.
- Add a whole bunch of salt. Put in more butter if it makes you feel good.
- Cook some more, until someone tells you that you are ruining their skillet.
- If you have some kind of food processor, you can throw everything in and chop this dish up some more. Ideally, it is supposed to be a light brown, but I prefer my veggie chopped liver more green and green-beany.
