2 t. ground ginger |

4 t. baking powder |

1/2 t. ground cloves |

2 eggs |

1 T. granulated sugar, preferably brown |

Instructions
- Beat eggs with milk and molasses.
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Stir dry ingredients with liquids until combined.
- Heat a skillet or griddle and drop liquid on it. Wait until the bubbles pop and the edges look like they are drying and flip.
- Delicious with butter and maple syrup if you are a traditionalist.
- I would guess fruit and fresh cream would also be delicious.
