Instructions
- Boil water and blanch green beans for 1 minute. Drain.
- Heat 1-2 T. olive oil in a large non-stick pan. Saute green beans for 5 minutes.
- Add nutmeg and almonds and saute for another 5 minutes, or until beans are desired tenderness.
- Salt and pepper before serving.
- Adjust nutmeg and almonds as desired.
