Instructions
- Saute onion and garlic in oil over medium heat for 4 minutes. Add cream cheese and cook until cheese melts, stirring constantly. Add undrained tomatoes, undrained green chiles, and chili powder and bring to a boil. Stir in American cheese, reduce heat and simmer until cheese melts, stirring constantly. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
