Garlic chive and tomato pasta
 

I believe I found this on the Internet somewhere, but now I can't. I wish I could claim responsibility for this recipe, but I can't.

Ingredients

1 bunch garlic chives cut into 1-inch lengths
2 cups cherry tomatoes, whole
1 cup of fresh basil leaves, julienned
cooked pasta
olive oil
salt
pepper
garlic

Instructions

  1. Sautee garlic in olive oil for a few minutes. Add garlic chives and tomatoes and sautee until the tomatoes are juicy and seem ready to pop, a few minutes.
  2. Stir in basil and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Toss with hot pasta.
