1. Chill the ale well and take out of the fridge while you prep the glasses.Distribute the lime juice,brandy and rum equally among the glasses. Carefully pour the ale into the glasses and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top of the foam, serve. Rinse ,and repeat if need be.
