1 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs |

3 cloves garlic, minced |

1 tbsp peanut or vegetable oil |

2 tbsp soy sauce |
|
1 tbsp Chinese hot mustard |

3 1/2 lbs chicken parts, skinned if desired |

Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350 F. Combine bread crumbs, garlic and oil in shallow dish
- Combine soy sauce and hot mustard in small bowl; brush evenly over chicken. Dip chicken in bread crumb mixture to coat lightly, but evenly. Place on foil-lined backing sheet.
- Bake chicken 45 to 55 minutes or until juices run clear.
