3/4 large onion, diced |

3 pounds ground sirloin (or hamburger) |

3/4 pkg bread crumbs w/ herbs |

2 tsp Worchestire sauce |

1 egg |

1 tsp Lawry's salt |

Pinch salt & pepper |

1 family-size can Cream of Mushroom soup |
|
8 oz. sour creeam |
|
1/4 large onion, diced |
|
1 cup milk |
|
1 tsp minced garlic |
|
1/2 tsp Lawry's salt |
|
1 tsp Worchestire sauce |

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix first seven ingredients in a large bowl.
- Roll the meat into one inch diameter balls.
- Place on a cookie sheet covered in aluminum foil.
- Bake until done (about 30 minutes).
- Put the rest of the ingredients and meatballs into a crock pot.
- Start crock pot on HIGH and after a while (experiment with how long, this is fun!) turn crock pot to LOW for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
