Ingredients

1-1/2 lbs. ground beef |

1 lrg onion, diced |

1 pinch minced garlic |
|
1 15 oz. can tomatoes |

1 can tomato sauce |
|
1/8 cup parsley flakes |
|
1/8 cup sugar |
|
1 tsp salt |
|
1 tsp basil leaves |
|
3 cups sour cream |
|
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
|
1 Tbs parsley flakes |
|
1/2 Tbs salt |
|
1 tsp oregano |
|
1 lb. mozzarella cheese |
|
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
|
1 8 oz. pkg lasagna noodles (ready-to-bake) |

Instructions
- Cook and stir beef, onion, and garlic.
- Drain.
- Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, 1/8 cup parsley flakes, sugar, 1 tsp salt, and basil.
- Heat to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour uncovered.
- In seperate bowl, mix sour cream, 1/2 parm cheese, 1 Tbs parsley, 1/2 Tbs salt, and oregano.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In an ungreased 13" x 9" pan layer meat sauce, sour cream mix, mozzarella cheese, and noodles.
- Repeat step 8 three times, and then one more time without the noodles.
- Top with 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Let stand for 15 minutes for easier cutting.
