Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix flour and sugar. Whisk eggs into milk and then into dry ingredients until smooth.
- Melt butter over low to medium heat in ovenproof pan (cast iron preferred) and coat sides.
- Pour mixture into pan, let cook over medium heat for one minute.
- Transfer pan into oven and let cook 9-12 minutes or until pancake is sufficiently poofed and golden brown.
- Remove and serve immediately with fruit. Sprinkle powdered sugar gleefully as desired.
