2 large Idaho potatoes |

2 t. vegetable oil |

1/2 t. garlic salt |

1 minced fresh garlic clove |

1 t butter |
|
1 T fresh grated parmesan |

1 t. dried parsley |

Instructions
- Peel potatos and cut into 1/4 inch wide fries.
- Place in a plastic baggie and shake with vegetable oil and garlic salt to coat.
- Coat baking sheet and bake in oven at 450 for 30 minutes, turning once after 20 minutes.
- Melt butter over low in skillet and add garlic. Saute for one minute. Add fries, parma, and parsley. Toss to coat and serve.
