2 15oz cans of chick peas (garbanzos), drained |

3/4 cup of water |

1/4 cup tahini |
|
Juice of 2 lemons |

2 tablespoons olive oil |
|
3 teaspoons minced chipotle chiles (canned with adobo sauce) |

2 large garlic cloves |
|
2 teaspoons ground cumin |
|
1 6 oz jar of roasted red pepper, chopped |
|
lots of chopped fresh cilantro |

salt and pepper |

Instructions
- Blend the first 8 ingredients (chick peas through cumin) in a food processor until smooth. Stir in chopped roasted red pepper and cilantro. Add salt & pepper to taste.
